What does WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) do?

WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) analyzes your campaigns' goals and performance data and recommends changes to improve their performance and better align them with your advertising objectives. WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) can automatically make all recommended changes for you (helping to save time), or you can implement specific recommendations via your ad network accounts – it's up to you!

What does WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) not do?

If you need to edit ad text, create new Ad Groups (set of ads and related keywords within a campaign), or make budget adjustments, simply log in to your ad network account to take care of these changes.

Will WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) manage my bids automatically?

Yes! Once you've completed the Account Setup process and provided us with your ad network account information, WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) can update your bids in two ways:

  • You can choose the auto-pilot feature, which will automatically implement Google AdWords, Yahoo Marketing Solutions and Microsoft adCenter bidding recommendations as soon as they're available.
  • Alternatively, you can implement specific recommendations by selecting Do It! Link.

To enable the auto-pilot feature, go to Settings>Manage Initiatives and select the Initiative you'd like to automate. Two tabs will appear: Contents and Settings. Choose the Settings tab and select "Yes, enable bid auto-pilot". Be sure to save your changes. For your convenience, the "Save Changes" link is located at both the top and bottom of the Initiatives column on the right-hand side of the page.

How is WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) organized?

WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) is divided into four sections: Manage, Tools, Reports, and Settings.

  • Manage: There are three different areas in this section. The Dashboard offers a snapshot of all your Initiatives and shows how they're performing against the goals you've set. The Recommendations page displays a prioritized list of changes to improve your campaign's performance. Go to Ad Optimization to learn which Ad Groups are contributing to your campaign goals.
  • Tools: WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) offers dynamic tools for Professional and Agency tier subscribers, including its Campaign Converter, Competitive Landscape, Keyword Finder, and Top Keywords to further improve campaign performance.
  • Reports: Here, you can create reports to monitor what's going on in your accounts and/or the accounts of your clients.
  • Settings: There are three different areas in this section. Manage Initiatives allows you to edit and create new Initiatives. Ad Network is where you can add or update your Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing or Microsoft adCenter login information. Go to Profile to update your billing information; tell us if you would like to participate in customer surveys and new feature testing programs; and indicate whether you would like to receive weekly WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) Enhancement Notifications.

How soon will WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) recognize changes made to my Google, Yahoo and MSN accounts?

Updates made to your ad network accounts will be reflected the following day. New ad campaigns will be reflected once you've assigned them to an Initiative.

Please note: Any changes to your ad network accounts will be overwritten by those made by WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM).

Does WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) work on all browsers and operating systems?

At this time, WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) has been tested for Firefox 3.5 and below, Internet Explorer 8 and below (both for PC and Mac) and Google Chrome. Support for additional versions and browsers will be available in the near future.

Does WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) work on all Ad Networks?

Currently, WebVisible Enterprise (formerly Adapt SEM) works with Google AdWords, Yahoo Search Marketing and Microsoft adCenter campaigns. Support for Ask will be available in the near future.
