Keyword Finder
What is the Keyword Finder?
The Keyword Finder analyzes the content of a specific listing, or set of keywords you provide (for Professional and Agency tier subscribers only). Enter in the URL or keywords and we'll provide keyword suggestions to add to your campaign.
How do I use the Keyword Finder?
To generate a list of new keywords based on an analysis of existing keywords, enter a URL and keywords relevant to your campaign in the appropriate fields. Select "Find Keywords" and Adapt SEM will immediately process your request and display the results as soon as they're ready.
Is it necessary to enter both keywords and a URL?
You may leave the URL field blank. Your results will be based solely on the input keywords you provide. Alternatively, you can leave the keyword field blank and just enter your URL. This will allow Adapt SEM to run a semantic analysis of the site you entered to generate new keywords. If you enter information in both fields, Adapt SEM will provide a higher number of keyword suggestions.
Is there a reason why I'm not seeing keyword suggestions?
If your account is very large, it could take several hours to return results. Please be patient as Adapt SEM is working hard to fulfill your request! Check back later and the results will be displayed as soon as they're ready.
How many results will I receive?
Results vary depending on the keywords and URL you entered. You might have received a small number of results if the Keyword Finder did not locate related textual content on your site. The more content on your site, the more keywords you'll receive.
If you were hoping for more keywords, try the keyword search again, but this time leave the URL field blank. This will allow a web crawl for terms that semantically relate to your input keyword(s).
How does Adapt SEM determine keyword relevance?
Adapt SEM generates as many keywords as possible to match your query. Some of them may be related to your keywords, but they do not precisely reflect the products or services you provide. Just select the ones that represent you best.
